Gilded Moon Ornament

I recently added a laser cutting + engraving machine to my arsenal of awesome equipment! Because of that, I'm able to make really cool ornaments like this one and branch out with the materials I use.

All of the artwork is hand-drawn by me and then cut + engraved with my laser. After that, it gets a layer of gold leaf paint, and a cute little ribbon :)

This particular ornament also has a layer of polymer clay surrounding the acrylic to give it the gilded, abstract look I was going for.

 

- Materials: polymer clay, black acrylic, gold paint, brass jump ring, black ribbon.

Ornament size 1.5x1.5 in

Weight- 6 grams 

(A US quarter weighs about 6 grams)
