Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations and Shipping Policies

 

If you need your order before a specific date, please contact me before purchasing so we can work together to make it happen!

If there is an issue with your order upon receiving it, please email me so I can make it right. Please make sure to contact me within 5 days of receiving the order! I typically respond within three business days :)

All of my products are handmade and therefore susceptible to small imperfections. Please refer to my "About polymer clay" page to learn more about the material! Any imperfections that my products have would be small and not at all effect the overall value.

I can not replace products that are damaged from handling. This includes intentionally bending or twisting the pieces, not storing items properly, and improperly cleaning them! (care instructions can be found in the "About Polymer Clay" page found in the sidebar)

Shipping
Currently, my store has up to 15 business day processing time. This does not include shipping time, which is an additional 2-5 days.

It is likely your products will be shipped out before the end of my processing time, but due to the large influx of orders, I like to give myself extra time!

Once a package is taken to the post office, I have absolutely no control over it. I am not responsible for delays or damage caused by USPS.

If there is an issue with shipping and your order does not arrive within 5 business days after your expected delivery date, please email me! I can contact USPS for you.

 Communication 
Due to many inconsistencies with communication, I ask that  order/product inquiries are only sent to my email! I respond to all emails within 3 business days.

DMs get lost very easily and I do not want you to have to wait for a reply, so make sure if you have an important question you do send an email! If you just want to chat, I'd love to hear from you on instagram :)
