Shop Policies

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

 

Due to sanitization, and other concerns related to the pandemic, I am only offering returns on a case-by-case basis.
Please read all descriptions to ensure satisfaction.
You have 24 hours to cancel an order, but I can not make exceptions for not reading my policies and processing times or failing to tell me that you needed an item before a specific date.

If there is an issue with your order upon receiving it, please email me so I can make it right. Please make sure to contact me within 2 days of receiving the order!

I cannot offer returns/refunds/ exchanges on custom orders or wholesale orders.

All of my products are handmade and therefore susceptible to small imperfections. Please refer to my "About polymer clay" page to learn more about the material! Any imperfections that my products have would be small and not at all effect the overall value.

Again, please read my "About Polymer Clay" page that can be found in the sidebar! It will answer a lot of questions, and you will have a better idea of what to expect from my products.

I will not replace products that are damaged from handling. This includes intentionally bending or twisting the pieces, not storing items properly, and improperly cleaning them! (care instructions can be found in the "About Polymer Clay" page found in the sidebar)

If an order is canceled for any reason, I have the right to issue a partial refund if I already purchased the shipping label.

If there is an issue with shipping and your order does not arrive within 5 business days after your expected delivery date, please email me! I can try to contact USPS for you. Again, please wait an extra 5 business days to ensure the order isn't just late. 
If you contact me more than three weeks after the expected delivery date, I will not be able to help you, unfortunately.

Shipping
Currently, my store has up to 10 day processing time. This does not include shipping time, which is an additional 2-5 days.

It is likely your products will be shipped out before the end of my processing time, but due to the large influx of orders as well as Covid-19 delays, I like to give myself extra time.

Once a package is taken to the post office, I have absolutely no control over it. I am not responsible for delays or damage caused by USPS.

 Communication 
Due to many inconsistencies with communication, I ask that only emails are sent about order/product inquiries.

Please do not message me on Instagram about your order. DMs get lost very easily, and I do not want you to have to wait for a reply.

I only answer emails during my working hours, and never on my days off. Please respect that!
